Cultural and religious institutions play key roles in contributing to societal development including social norms and ethics. Luo Foundation works in very close partnership with the cultural institutions as the center for nurturing and preserving culture in the Luo Community.

— Governments

Governments in charge of the geographical location of these communities, it’s imperative that the Organization has a strategic partnership government as legal centers of authority. Engagement with governments include; alignment of Luo Foundation activities to government priorities, explore opportunities for advocacy, lobby and opportunities for joint development interventions.

— Civil Society and Development Partners

Civil Society and development partners have played crucial roles in promoting development in the Luo Community of Uganda. Promoting civic space, human development, democracy, infrastructural development and rehabilitation among others have been huge investments of civil society and development partners. Luo Foundation is working with Civil Society and Development partners as strategic partners in promoting and realizing the Mission and Vision of the Organization.

Institutions like Educational, Health, and Economic are key strategic partners for Luo Foundation. As development partners especially in contributing to human development, Luo Foundation engages and partners with these institutions as resources in implementing development initiatives, preserving and nurturing Luo culture and Art.
